Due to the nature of our products and limited-time offers, Kitsculture does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed and paid. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

3. Delivery & Address Errors

We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to:

  • • Courier delays (e.g. PEP, PAXI, etc.)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Custom & Sale Items

All sale items and custom jersey orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
